Student Leadership Team Applications

The Student Leadership Team is very important to us as a College. The current team have been extremely influential in their decision making and a number of they proposals that were brought to Senior staff we acted upon and changes were made, this included most recently the reintroduction of split lunches.

We invite all current Year 10 and 12 students to apply for a position of the Student Leadership Team. 

The Student Leadership Team consists of the following:

1 x Head Girl

1 x Head Boy

1 x Deputy Head Girl

1 x Deputy Head Boy

The four students above support with the following roles:

2 x College Council Ambassadors who lead and organise the College Council

2 x Fundraising Ambassadors who lead and organise all fundraising events for the College

2 x Be More Ambassadors who coordinate events that are bespoke to our College, ensuring that pupils  get the most our of their school experience

2 x Transition Ambassadors who support with the planning and delivery of transition events for all year groups from Year 6 to Year 13

2 x Faith Ambassadors who ensure that our Christian distinctiveness as a Church of England College is clear in all that we do.

To apply, we would like you to send an email to (vwaites@epcollege.org) with a letter, no more than 1 side of A4 indicating why you would be a suitable candidate and what you will bring to the Student Leadership Team. You may indicate in your letter the role that you would prefer, however the final decision regarding the role that you will fill sits with The Principal.

If you are selected for an interview, we will send you an invitation to a face to face online interview where you will be asked a series of questions regarding your application.

Interviews will be held the following week.
