I am writing to inform you that your child will be completing their Component 1 Assessment next week for the BTEC subjects that they are currently studying. This will be completed under controlled examination conditions.
After Christmas, your child will then move on to Component 2, for which they will complete their assessment in the summer term.
Your child has been fully prepared for this assessment and we know that you will support us in making sure that they are in school, ready to complete their work to the best of their ability.
