Year 7 & 10 Review Day – Friday, 13 November, 2020, 8:30am – 4:50pm
We are holding the Year 7 & 10 Review Day on Friday, 13 November and as a result your child will not be in school on this day.
In order to ensure that learning is not compromised, all pupils will be set work on Microsoft Teams work to complete at home. It is expected that the work set is submitted on the same day for assessment.
Our Virtual Review Day will allow you meet with your child’s Subject Teachers and, should you wish, their Head of Learning. You will have the opportunity to discuss your child’s progress in relation to their individual targets and any further support that can be offered.
This day is dedicated to reviewing pupils’ progress, therefore, your child will not be in school on this day, they will be logging into Microsoft Teams to enable you to access your online appointments using their account.
Pupils will book appointments with staff from Monday, 12 October and all appointments must be made by Friday, 23 October. We would like to encourage that appointments are booked with all staff that teach your child.
We advise that the appointments booked with staff are recorded using the attached document, your child will book these appointments on your behalf. Due to the demand in some subjects, appointments will be limited to a 5-minute time slot. If you could indicate on the sheet the time period that would be most suitable for your appointments to be made within, this will support staff when booking them with your child.
