Year 11 Parents’ Evening – Wednesday, 18 November – Online Appointment Booking
The Year 11 Online Parents’ Evening will run from 3:10pm until 4:50pm.
As you are aware, this is an extremely important time in your child’s school career. During your meetings you will have the opportunity to discuss your child’s progress in each subject in relation to their individual targets and any further support that can be offered to ensure that they reach their desired destination upon completion of their studies.
We will be providing online appointments via Microsoft Teams. We have already used this platform for a previous event and are confident this will be a fantastic way of continuing to offer Parents’ Evenings without the requirement to come in to school at this current time.
The appointments will be made through your child’s Microsoft Teams account and can be accessed using a laptop, computer or any mobile device signed into their account.
Appointments can be made from Monday, 12 October and will close on Friday, 23 October. Your child must speak to all of their teachers during this period to arrange their individual times. Should you wish to make any changes to your appointment after this date, please contact the school office.
I have attached an appointment sheet that your child will complete on your behalf so you are aware of the appointment times that have been made.
