Year 9 GCSE Options Information Evening - The Ellesmere Port C of E College

Dear Parent/Carer,

The Year 9 pupils have now reached the point in their learning journey where decisions are made about the subjects to be studied in Years 10 and 11. With the support of their families and teachers, pupils are now able to select some of the subjects in which they would like to deepen their knowledge and gain national qualifications.

Working in partnership with parents to support the learning of our pupils is something we value greatly here at the College, this is an ideal opportunity for you to support your child and ask the important questions that will inform decisions made.

We would like to invite you to join us at the Year 9 GCSE Options Information Evening on Tuesday 14^th March – 3.30pm to 6:00pm. You will be able to meet with subject staff who will provide you with all of the information you need to help you make your decisions.
