School Leaver Programmes

School leaver programmes are increasing in number and provide a fantastic alternative to Higher Education – Using the website, you can find the latest school leaver programmes, from top UK employers who are eager to recruit bright, enthusiastic school and college leavers. Although many of the programmes also involve you studying for a degree whilst getting paid and gaining important work experience. A school leaver programme can last three, four or even six years, during which school leaver trainees juggle work with study; often four days a week at the office, one day a week at university, and studying at home.

Some school leaver programmes focus on attaining a bachelor’s or foundation degree, while others are built around a professional qualification. A few school leaver programmes combine them both, offering trainees the chance to obtain a degree and a postgraduate professional qualification.
